Woven from wool in Montenegro, this rug, inspired by the personal creativity of weaver Svetlana, features a deep red punctuated by two multicolored lines interwoven with small geometric patterns. The overall effect is straightforward, almost minimalist despite the vibrant palette. Soft to the touch, it can serve as a small rug, a bedside rug, or a decorative border on a bench or sideboard. A modest piece, born from hand weaving that perpetuates techniques still visible in many Balkan villages.
